5min DIY - Zunsport oil cooler screen - must have upgrade
This really is a 'must have' upgrade for the G87 M2, or any BMW with an exposed oil cooler. I know several people who have had a rock skip up and puncture the cooler, which is NOT covered by warranty.
The oil cooler screen from Zunsport is a 5min install and piece of mind while driving. Your M2 needs this, and any other model with exposed radiators. Make sure to check out the front grills video as well! https://youtu.be/t85XACbkxYI

Having installed this last week, I recommend using longer thicker screws than those that come with the screen.
Screws I used vs what came in the bag.

You’re a great presenter, I enjoyed watching the video!
Would recommend you show the install process next time, even if it’s simple. And by the way, the 1,600 rock wasn’t the oil cooler, it was a coolant radiator on the side, not protected by this screen. The most recent case this would’ve protected was actually a $46,000 damage. But maybe you recorded this video before that thread |

Nothing on the other side of that plastic you will hurt, unless you are driving massively long screws. All good.
