Mine were installed for free after PPF when they were doing the follow up appointment. Wish I could provide some help. I am sure someone on this forum has experience installing them after PPF.

It took a small amount of messing with and realizing how they attach.
I swore up and down they sent the wrong ones for a long time, even started the return process. I watched the YouTube videos 3 times. I spent like 20 minutes of swearing and messing with the center side grills to get them installed and they didn’t seem to fit, and then magically something in my brain clicked and like Tetris they fit.

You have to look at how the arms will squeeze in and attach and where on the body panel they will clip into. I had to bend the arms a little to get them positioned right and while installing them, I had to apply direct, firm pressure to the grill itself to give it enough movement so the arm clips could clip in and grab. Not too much to break them or the body panel, but definitely firm, hard pressure (plus using a screwdriver to bend the clips once they’re close).

Once you can envision how the arms will attach and where, it’s just a matter of pressing them right in to where they belong and then bending the arms back to click them into place.

Trust me. They fit like a glove. Taking them off would be kind of a pain in the ass

USE BLUE PAINTERS TAPE ON THE BODY LIKE THEY SAY TO DO OR RISK SCRATCHING YOUR PAINT.

Hopefully from my picture you can see the orientation of each piece so you know which way they’re supposed to go in.

I pre-bend the hooks out before pressing the screens into the opening. I also hooked the outside then the inside hooks.
They snapped right in for me.

No idea I’ve had them for a decade. I got them from Autozone I think.
It’s always sketchy pulling onto them because I’m always afraid I’ll overshoot and fall off

I have multiple sets of rhino ramps. $39 at walmart & I jack the car up and place the ramps under the tires.

Wait the whole point of ramps is to save time not having to jack the car up lol.
Why don’t you just use jackstands at that point?

It takes a min to jack the car up and slide the ramps into place. It's more secure than jack stands for any work I'm doing under the vehicle when not removing the wheels.

I ain’t judging but why bother jacking it up? Why not just drive it onto the ramps?

1. My Z06 is too low to drive up the ramps, so it's just a habit I've developed with all my vehicles. 2. For things like oil changes, coolant changes, etc., it's better to have the car level. I put both front & rear on the ramps. And as the other member mentioned above, no risk of overshooting. It really takes next to no time to jack it up with a low-profile race jack.

Couldn't agree more. With the right Jack, you can jack the car once on each side only and it actually takes less time and a piece off mind.

Couple basic questions on dealing with Zunsport: simply order from the UK website? Shipping to US via FedEx? What were shipping costs?
