Purchased exhuast tips that don't fit

I purchase a set of exhaust tips from a seller in China on Amazon. Before they shipped, they confirmed the model I had; 2024 M240i (G42). The tips they shipped don't fit. Can someone identify which model they do fit? The axis measurements are approx 54mm x 92mm.

Weird flange shape on those tips. Why not just return them through Amazon?
