We are in the middle of a cold front here in Phoenix. Highs won't get out of the 50s which is like freezing for us but definitely won't prevent anyone from driving spiritedly.
On the contrast, I guess snow days like this make you appreciate the clear days even more? |

I have plenty of experience with a number of cars/vehicles in the snow, most RWD, but a few FWD. Just don't feel like subjecting my M2 to snow. I don't have to. The white car in the pic is my 2024 230i xDrive. And it has all season tires fitted. Right after the pic I took the 230i out for a bit of a "test" on the snow. It did fine but really the snow was not deep enough, cold enough, to present any real challenge. |

My winter beaters have been pretty nice vehicles. The 230i xDrive is probably the nicest vehicle but all have been bought new and were enjoyable vehicles to own/drive in their own right.

This is bummer. Can't wait for some sunshine and good weather. One of the few things I dig about California is the chill-free weather. M2 all year long, ha.

We've gotten lucky so far this winter and haven't gotten any snow. Been dallying the M2 in 30 degree weather though on the stock tires.
First couple mins need to be careful but after the tires heat up it's fine. Temp gauge on the dash is nice to have. |
