Does anyone know if struts for the G20 (M340i) will fit a M240i? Bilstein makes a B6 strut for the G20 but nothing specifically for the G42 yet. I suspect they will fit but hoping to hear from someone with first hand experience.

Quick check of the M240 rear shock says it’s a unique part to this car.

I’d check with Bilstein.

Hey. Thanks for checking. I'm hoping even though the stock struts may be valved slightly differently, the fit up would be the same.

I've msg'd Bilstein but still waiting for a reply. Probably the 2 series market is too small to get their attention at the moment.
