Can't contact reimbursement center; next step?
I had the front radiator flaps repaired on my X3 at my local shop, only to find out later that it was a reimbursable expense. Filed a claim online, only to have it rejected. "Not covered", even though it was exactly what was listed on the form.
So I call the number on the rejection letter, and it goes to Voice Mail. No human, no queue, nothing. I've left messages for two weeks, no call back. Any suggestion on my next step?

I called BMW USA. Got a very friendly, but basically useless CSR. Her bottom line: Go to a BMW dealer, and talk to their service dept. "Maybe they could help".
"There's nothing you can do, no one I can talk to?" Nope, she said, we don't handle customer reimbursements. "But it's all part of BMW". Sorry. I will go to my local dealer next week. I've bought 10+ cars from them in almost 40 years. See what they can do.
