Rear Restraint System

Hey guys, I unplugged the rear seats air bags in the back for a second and then plugged them in after 10 minutes. The battery was on, and then when I turn on the car, I have a Rear Restraint System code on my dash, show casing the airbag on the dash. I tried resetting the idrive system by holding the power button, but no luck. Any tips?

You probably need to clear the error, it may not clear on its own. You’ll have to use an ODB dongle and something like BimmerLink.
