M2 CS winter testing with its big brother
Carscoops: 2025 BMW M2 CS And M4 CS Play Cat And Mouse On Frozen Lake
Disclaimer: The article states the M2 CS will get both AT and MT which is not accurate. The M2 CS will only be offered with the AT. They also 'speculate' how much power the M2 CS will get. |

That's still pretty early, but good none the less. At my decent income level I simply want to see an AWD comp version soon.

Seeing as the F87 CS was launched near the end of the F87's lifecycle, the fact that the G87 CS is coming out next year, four years before the model bows out, might suggest that something even more special is in the pipeline. |

In your opinion as you seem like the go-to source for all things G87 future related, aside from the MY25+ models coming- do you see any other variants with manuals? Such as a competition? Or do you think they will simply bump 20hp and run that into the LCI and discontinue the manual before EOL of the G87? I’m hoping I just don’t get FOMO come 2026+ when they drop a new LCI manual or something even better. I’d love to know your opinion and foreseeable future mindset on the manual program for the G87. |

Likely just throwing the snow out of the tread, the way winter tyres typically work to keep the tread clean and present clean sipes to the snow. Usually with dry compactable snow, you will see just as much snow deposited in the front wheel wells of RWD cars as in the rear.

Cool that the G87 is getting a CS version, boo that it's an AT. That's a no go for me. Glad I'm driving my car and not afraid of making modifications either. If it was a CS, I would think twice about suspension upgrades and shit.
