Hoping someone can help.
I want to add an Audison active sub in the boot of my car.
I’ve been researching everywhere and still confused as to the correct wires to tap into for my LOC before it goes to the sub.
The pnp adapter that nearly everyone seems to mention is not available to us in Oz so that leaves me with having to tap into existing wires.
My understanding has always been that the LOC has to tap into the signal BEFORE the amp, ie coming from the HEAD UNIT or have I got it wrong and I tap the wires after coming from the AMP or the wire of the underseat sub?

You need to tap the wires coming from the harness, after the sub booster (beneath the larger RAM unit.) Your sub will need speaker level inputs, or you can buy a line converter that will turn the speaker level inputs into line level RCA outs.

I have a pic on my phone of the BMW harness that I sent to TechnicPNP to help me wire up my system using his harness. If it shows clearly to which wires in the BMW harness his sub wires tap into, I will post the pic with description. Gotta go thru my phone & find the pics.

Realise I need a LOC and wiring as such isn’t difficult but just need to make sure I tap into the correct wires for both channels
