20/21 Setup: Any regrets?
I've decided on Edelweiss LT3s. I still have to 100% decide on color.
The big question is whether I should go with 20/20 or 20/21. These are the dimensions of the 2 setups: 20/20 9.5 kg | 10.5x20 ET14 for 285/30 R20 9.9 kg | 11x20 ET12 for 295/30 R20 20/21 9.5 kg | 10.5x20 ET14 for 285/30 R20 10.3 kg | 11x21 ET12 for 305/25 R21 Erik at Edelweiss, who appears to have a great reputation and provided lots of detail in his email, said 20/21 would be fine if the roads are "great" where I live. I have seen a bunch of G87s with the 20/21 setup. TL;DR did anyone go with 20/21 and experience issues or have regrets? |

Based on the picture, the wheels are still sunken. I believe its about the offset (especially if brought flush) and being lowered as to any rubbing. The rubbing from all accounts I have seen (and with mine) was when wheels were turned to max left/right. |

This is my dilemma...get forged wheels at a lower price point (VT Forged or something similar) with a color close to these or get these in the style and color that I really like but not forged. |

It's gonna be a stiffer ride and your wheels are going to be more prone to road hazards because of running lower profile tires. There's nothing wrong with 19" wheels with fat tires. In fact, the car drives better with smaller wheels in my opinion.
