Does a silver BMW with carbon fibre work
I have an older 320d and was looking at getting and cf duck tail spoiler or cf antenna and mirrors. My 320d is a bright silver colour and was just wondering if it would look weird having these things as carbon fibre.

Might look a bit much, but whatever makes you happy when you look at the car every day!

I think that a base car doesn't wear a large trunk lip well, I see it as adding M decals to a non-M car. However, carbon fiber mirror caps and an M style carbon trunk lip would be a good look. The antenna cap may be a bit much but most online stores will preview the product.

Should you add something be sure to adhere it with something like gorilla construction adhesive or risk having it stolen. Thought the combo window and trunk together worked better than either alone. |

I would've gone with the ducktail on the silver car if i'd found it at the time.

I love the ebay paint matched non-ducktail, for around $100, the quality and paint match is fantastic. Here’s mine in JB.

I bought this M style one on ebay, and am VERY impressed with the paint match and quality. Super fast shipping from Taiwan (7 days maybe?): https://www.ebay.com/itm/362455700636 If you search the seller's offering, they have in a lot of other paint options or CF as well. Here's how it looks on my E90:

Side mirror covers in black was an option for all color cars (blackline), so that's fine.
It does however look a lot better if you also have the mirror holder triangle thing in black, like original. See mine (black covers switched for fake carbon covers): |
