New to the BMW scene. I started to read on people ordering new BMWs and also ordering M performance parts before delivery? How does that process work?

When I went in to build my G87, they didn't ask if I wanted any M performance parts with the new build.

Although, they had another G87 on the showroom that had the center M performance exhaust and they told me that was an expensive exhaust ($10k)

Talk to your Sales Associate about having port installed items that cannot be installed after the car arrives

Just realize anything you can potentially install yourself is cheaper purchasing after the sale and not having sales involved

Only exception is when you’re leasing because all that stuff you include in the purchase price can be residualized into the lease
