Is there an online list of TSB (Technical Service Bulletins) relating to the e90 somewhere? I think it will be very helpful to be more resourceful.

My friend's Volvo S40 had problems and the sales persons keep lying to him about non-existent about certain problems. My friend end up looking up all these known-issues via TSB.

A friendly member form the E60 forums posted a thread with a file he continually updates with the lastest US TSB's

You live in Canada. The are several Canadian consumer protections sites which attempt to distribute such information about troubled cars. Try:
