I’m 6’4” and weigh 275 with a 40 inch waist, Will I be able to fit in the carbon bucket seats? I haven’t been able to find a dealer with them in their inventory or a used one in my area to try out. Does anyone know if I’ll fit in the bucket seats? Once I find one I will definitely go test it out I just thought to ask on here first.
Update: I was able to test them in a m3 and m2 at a dealership and I fit and the seats and they were very comfortable. The only pain is getting in and out but It’s not really that bad at all. |

Do you have thick thighs? I have them in my G80 (same seats) I am only 5'10 175 and I fit in them fine but they are a little snug on the legs. The upper side bolsters are adjustable but I can see where the seat bottom could be very unforgiving depending on upper leg size.

I suggest you keep looking for a test drive. I’m shorter than you but same weight. As much as I like the CF buckets and could squeeze in, my back and lats didn’t really fit and was pushing me out of the seat. Also, that bump between your legs on the seats is a pain in the nutz. I went with regular seats. Much cheaper too

I think you’ll be fine honestly. Moreso depends if you like them. Go sit in some

You really have to try them for yourself. No one else can give you that answer unless they are an exact body double for you. How you carry your weight matters so much as does the density of that weight.
But that said, you can try them in the M3, M4, M2 as they are all the same seat. Not sure if other M cars use the exact same seat. Just remember that door swing on the coupes versus sedan does matter in how you get in/out of the seats. I didn't get them because of how I fit in them.
