M240i xDrive Wheels/Tires for Occasional Track Days

Hello,

I decided to go to a square setup for going to and from tracks, as well as on the track. (Without a trailer, I arrive and drive.)

The shop I use has decades of BMW service and racing experience. They recommend replace the OEM setup for this one when doing a track day/weekend:

235-45 x 18” wheels
Yokohama Advan Neova AD09 tires

Have you run something like this? If so, what was your experience ?
