I really liked the color until I saw one at my local dealer that had a lot of water spots & swirls. probably from being driven through their automatic car wash. Seems like much more upkeep than a metallic color, unless you get it full ppf'd.

Full ppf with frozen is the only way. Imagine how off it'll look after 10 years and a hundred washes.

I can’t wait for my skyscraper gray M2 on silver wheels. I think it’s going to give similar vibes but the paint will be easier to care for :-). Love matte but just couldn’t live with it unless full PPF like others have said.

I can't wait to see my Frozen Pure Grey in person. The pictures in the BMW Gallery look very different than the "actual" photos seen throughout car forums. I am planning full PPF.

In one of my many past visits to a bmw dealer over the years to admire and dream about owning an M car, I saw a skyscraper grey g80 m3 with black wheels and trim pack and it looked INCREDIBLE!!!!
That shade of grey was just perfect! Not too dark not too light, and in conjunction with the black trim looked mean!!!
Like a modern day muscle car!!!
You have chosen wisely!!!!
