I have the Stradale design flow through spoiler (link below). The threaded insert has completely broken free from the carbon fiber wing. I can hear it rattling around inside the wing. So now my spoiler is only secured with tape on one side. Is there a way to secure it so that it doesn't fly off or something?

I thought about a molly bolt or toggle bolt or something, but I don't know if that would work. Maybe find a new insert and epoxy it in there? I really don't know.
