BMW Surprise at startup?

Anyone else get the BMW surprise popup when you got in your car today?

The second I got into my car the typical warnings on the display also showed "We have a surpise for you" or something along those lines.

If you click it, it shows you something.

Got it. Not a huge deal, but cool nonetheless. Did you notice the ambient lighting changed temporarily while the surprise was displaying?

I did NOT.

I recorded mine on my iphone and it did not change my azul color choice I had set.

Was it the Halloween thing they did last year? It was an X3 or an X5 driving to a spooky mansion where they were giving out candy to Trick or Treaters.

As if we’re not bombarded with constant unsolicited images and messages every waking moment of the day. Do we really need it a soon as we start our car? I find this very irritating. I just want my car to be a car.

Did watching the halloween video change your ambient lighting to green? It did mine, & I had to go back into settings to change it back to what it was.
