Hey everyone

A few days back, I noticed a quiet strange sound in the interior when idling coming from the engine and decided to check it out today. I recorded from the right and left front wheel arch. If I open the engine bay, I can't hear any strange sound apart from this diesel sound. I do not hear it when revving. Is there a reason for concern, or is it normal in a direct injection modern regulation petrol engine?

I'd say perfectly normal and a product of direct injection and high pressure fuel pump.
