I just got a new pair of orthotics and they squeak! The squeaking was driving me nuts. With every step squeak, squeak, squeak! Very loud and very annoying. Does anybody else have this problem?

Looked it up on YouTube, because you know there's a video for every problem on YouTube. There are several videos on this but I liked the one I attached here. It's simple and to the point.

There are different solutions for this, as you'll see in this video (2:35 min long). I tried the dryer sheet method and it worked. I was ready to try any of the solutions I've read about but this seemed the simplest and easiest. I love my orthotics now.

I have sinus tarsi syndrome and must have my custom orthotics or my feet are in extreme pain when I walk. Now I can walk in peace, and if anybody reads my posts here you know I take a 3 mile walk most every night. Now they're completely silent.

Yes, talcum powder or foot powder is one of the suggestions in the video.
