E61 2005 Front Right Speaker Not Working

Hey. The front right speaker isint working. I have changed the speaker to HiFi one and still it dosent work. Getting 3 ohm from the speaker, it dosent change when uping and lowering the sound. The sub under the seats are working and right one back. To mention i have android head unit.
I have 6 speakers set so i dont think i have amp
