2022 bmw x5 xdrive45e hybrid

I have owned this vehicle since purchasing it from the Iowa City BMW dealer in September of 2021. I have experienced serious malfunctions with the heating and cooling system and the water pump. To date the vehicle has been at the Santa Fe and Albuquerque BMW dealerships for more than 6 months in their service departments. I wonder whether other X5 owners of model year 2022 have experienced similar complete breakdowns in the heating and cooling systems (HVAC), and the water pump? Thank you
