Is the rear bumper color off or is this normal and I’m driving myself crazy??

Bumpers are often a different shade because they are plastic, and you'll the difference especially on white cars. Now that isn't to say that it hasn't been painted. Did you buy it new? I'm assuming not since it's a 2022 and you are only asking about it now. Could have been replaced/repaired.

Didn’t buy it new, however it’s a BMW certified vehicle and nothing was said about repainting on carfax… I never had a newer bmw or an alpine white one… so just trying to figure it out

Carfax isn't always going to show something like a repainted bumper. A brand new car could have minor paint work done to it. It's not a BMW thing with white not paint matching well, just look at some other white cars for sale and you will see tons of variance in the color between plastic bumpers and the fenders.

If it really bothers you, bring it to a body shop and get it resprayed and see if they can paint match a bit better. Won't be too much.

Agreed that it does seem slightly different. Also agreed it may have been repaired but never officially recorded. And that if it bugs you it could be easily resprayed but you may or not actually make it better.

You're not trippin, it definitely is slightly off color (pictures usually make it more obvious though). Don't leave it though if it bothers you. Also because Alpine White isn't a metallic paint, it would be much easier to color match if you do decide to get it resprayed.

This. It is definitely off and I could not tolerate it. I noticed it the second I saw the first picture. CPO cars can have minor body work and it’s a virtual certainty this has been painted. The dealer should not have sold the car like this. I would try very hard to have them fix it. As mentioned, AW is easy to match. There’s no excuse for this.

White seems to be the worst color for plastic bumpers looking a different color shade than the rest of the car. Especially at certain angles or lighting. This isn't anything new and I would not agree with the assessment that the bumper was repainted. Do a google search to find out more.
