You are the man Tag!

In before the manual only, I will buy the front lip, not worth the extra $ because I've never driven a car that is more than the sum of its parts people.

It's a cheaper GT car people!

Can we first get a round of applause for Tag being such a valuable member of this forum? I don't remember anyone on different forums that provided this much value for it's members. Obviously shout out to hb and ynguldyn as well.

Appreciate the kind words. Let's not also forget to thank ynguldyn who diligently posts updates on all upcoming models, including the G87. He was first to post many of the official numbers that are now confirmed months, some even years ago.

Also Tag from what you’ve seen, how cool are the new kidney grilles and the bespoke defused??

Thanks for the incredible work all! Been a fun journey, 5 more days!!

I just swapped my 25 buckets for $6500. Say maybe $7500 for these, $5k for the wheels/michelins I’m at $87500. Not too shabby.
Lip for $1500?
This is the style of maths my wife dislikes the most.
“Baby, it’s not 100, it’s 85”

and of course Tag is the man along with the Y guy

No vented hood.

You'll have to wait to see the whole car, but until then here's a little teaser.

I don't know, they aren't great for the average Joe.

You don't gain any real performance on the street and on the track they eventually put gas and lose weight.

CCB require weighing the rotor for wear measurements. There is a reason why iron replacements exist.

Here's what stands out and makes this a pretty good deal:

Top speed electronically limited to 188 mph ($2,500 to add the "M Drivers Package to normal M2)

Curb weight: 3,770 lbs... 97lbs less than the base G87 (Add a lithium battery and you're 150 lbs lighter than the normal M2)

Carbon Package ($9,900 to add on the standard M2)

0.2" lower than base M2 (Ground clearance: 4.7") ($2,100 to add on normal M2 to get port installed MPHAS)

Revised tuning of springs, dampers, and chassis controls ($$$ to get mismatched changes on the normal M2, and if this is like other CS models, THESE will be the difference maker. Likely more nimble and more steering feedback).

Matte black front splitter ($300-500 to add to normal M2)

Bespoke CS rear diffuser in exposed carbon fiber ($1,100+ to add to normal M2)

Optional track and ultra-track tires available at no extra cost ($2,500 to buy Cup2s for normal M2)

$18k or so worth of upgrades, all included, integrated into the package, and warrantied.
