Starbucks
So who else is a starbucks addict.. List your daily drink, favorite drink and of course the sizes.
My daily drink is a grande americano, and my favorites are grande skim vanilla latte, and non-fat peppermint mocha during holiday season .. For tea, I get a grande white berry blossom with 1 tea bag or a tall london fog. |

I've been the "customer of the week" twice. I think that constitutes addict level.
Venti 140° Pumpkin Spice Latte with whip, usually only available October - January/February. Venti Iced Raspberry Black Tea/Lemonade, best drink on a hot summer day. Venti 140° Vanilla Latte, tried and true backup. Venti Upside Down Iced Carmel Macchiatto.

btw, I'm assuming some of you have the starbucks gold card? It's really a good deal if you buy about 50 drink a year you get your moneys worth, given that my daily drink is a grande americano its hell of a bargain. well worth the $20 and if you have a BOA checking account and get the keep the change feature, you can save/ make more money too |

5 dollar drink? Try more like $2.10 it all depends on what you get... You'll hardly ever see someone that goes to starbucks regularly drop $5 on a drink. Who the hell wants to drink frappacinos all day, they are good but its a once in a while thing...

I agree that Starbucks is a rip-off; but they pulled the shitty espresso/hot chocolate vending machine at my work... they don't even provide coffee in the kitchen area anymore. I need my caffeine fix 2-3 times a week, so Starbucks it is.

I'll sometimes get the Grande Vanilla Latte, Venti Green Tea, or the Grande Green Tea Lemonade (in the summer time).
What does upside down mean? They put the whipped milk on the bottom? |

From George Carlin's rules for 2008:
New Rule #6: The more complicated the Starbucks order, the bigger the asshole. If you walk into a Starbucks and order a 'decaf grande half-soy, half-low fat, iced vanilla, double-shot, gingerbread cappuccino, extra dry, light ice, with one sweet-n'-Low, and one NutraSweet,' ooh, you're a huge asshole. |

Means the shot goes in first. That way when they pour in the milk it mixes together. Otherwise (especially on the iced drinks), the espresso sits at the top and the bottom half is nothing but milk/syrup.

Oh, holy shit... I would never spend that much on a daily basis.. but yeah I do agree it can get pricey.. There arent any other local coffee shops that are near where I live and starbucks has free wifi so its just convenient. I also heard DD has good coffee but I've never tried it.
