Glad to have a fellow Nikon 200mm/F2.0 shooter on here. I was feeling the odd one out...

Great lens to have in your kit that's for sure.

Another one for you

This lens was one of the best purchasing decisions I have made in terms of photographic equipment.

It always gives your images a look that is very different from your competition and sets your work apart.

There is no substitute for Fast Glass.

Not a very popular lens on here though it seems....

I just figured out why you were feeling the "odd man out." It is a $5,000 lens! WOW!

It better take awesome shots for that kind of scratch. I'd need my photography to providing a revenue stream to justify such a lens.

Hi Scott,

It doesn't take skill or any special requirement to own this lens, you can buy one from B&H too, I'm sure they will sell you one

I have never made one dollar from my photography. I don't want to.

In fact I give my best images away for free!

If I had to financially 'justify' my photographic equipment purchases to my Accountant and meet work deadlines and shoot what a client paid me to shoot as opposed to what I wanted to shoot and when I wanted to shoot it, the fun would go South very quickly.

Every time I have turned a hobby into a business it has killed the enjoyment point blank. That won't happen here.
