fuck i just bought it today, i dont mind it so far, always was a big SF fan but this version seems a tad different. Moves take longer/slower and I'm not exactly sure it was worth $60

How much? I just played it at a friend's house and didn't like too much. However, I wanna get good at it so if it's cheap I will buy it (just for the hell of it).

I dont think its that bad of a game....

I only wish they put the original sound tracks for the old characters and put in those mini challenges like breaking a lexus or barrels

I pre-ordered for my PC. I don't have a PS3 or XBox360, but I have a pretty kick @$$ PC and a Wii. The game for the PC is only $39.99. Unfortunately, I have to wait another 3 months for it.

I've seen it at a friend's house, didn't actually get to play it (his younger bros. and sister were playing it). It looked very stylish, but the jump angles looked different than what I'm used to. I pumped lots of quarters into the Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition machines.

I am loving the game...though I want the tournament stick...360 pad su*ks.

If you want a good challenge...go play at the arcade in Chinatown (NYC) on Mott St (and get food at Wo Hop [basement lvl])...those guys are amazing.

Keeping it 2d to "be faithful to the original" was stupid.

The controls are very imprecise when performing special moves, which is especially a pain when special move controls are so similar.. eg, you wind up doing a dragon punch when you mean to throw a fireball, and thus get toasted by your opponent. The fight stick might help in that regard.

The arcade mode is just weak.. the endings are anticlimactic. People say Seth is hard, but I beat him on Medium fairly easily.

I tried it at my friend's house on PS3. Wasn't really impressed by the game, but at least online mode is fun. Just goes to show how old the game really is.

It's probably fun to the people who thought King of Fighters 2020, or whatever, by SNK, was the best game ever.

It was a silver lexus LS400.... that was always the fun part.... so was the stage music for guile and ken.... all is missed...

On another note, Seth is hard as hell using these new characters... the SOB cheeses too much... once you get his life low, he keeps doing the same moves!!! And if you block, he'll throw you, and if you do a super move he will counter with his super move. Only way to get him is to jump over him or just block 3-4 of his basic hits and come with everything. Most of the time you cant jump over him cause he'll do that upper cut shit

Just played it over the weekend with my friends and thought it was horrible. Moves were not as smooth as the other versions. There is now a Throw button. WTF is that shit. Glad I didn't buy it.

i keep getting pwned on medium while trying to unlock new characters
as far as combos though the game is pretty smooth. i'm having trouble keeping up with the focus attacks and revenge meter...wtf are those!@!
