Go order your car today!

Just placed my order for my 3.30, I have confirmed with 2 separate dealers that their pricing increases starting tomorrow. The prices are increasing by 1.5%. If you order before tomorrow, your rate is locked in.

So for everyone who is going to order, go save yourselves a couple hundred dollars and do it today (unless you want Comfort Access).

You think the dealer said that so you'd feel more pressure to order today.. Alot of times dealers say these things so you'd come in today to pruchase or buy..

Well I dealt with 2 different CA's at 2 different dealers. They both told me that on 7/20, the price will go up by 1.5%. Unless it's "ploy" that was communicated across the dealerships, I think it's far too coincidental to be just "pressure". But maybe I'm wrong, we'll find out tomorrow I guess.

Yea my dealer told me that if i didnt place the deposit on my car, then he would sell it within 10 mintues cause there was a high demand, and if i didnt make the purchase before the end of the month, id have to pay more interest.. HA, the guy is lucky i wanted the car that badly haha...

I think this price increase is legit though. A dealer on Bimmerfest posted it too and he's been very reliable.

Only thing is that there's no need to wait just b/c you want Comfort Access. You can still order it now and price protect yourself.

My 2 cents.

I believe the increase is 1.4%. Cars must be ordered July 20th or sooner and delivered by Nov. 30th.

My 2 cents.
I went to place my order today, originally wanting the Comfort Access. My CA said that he wasn't able to lock my price in with Comfort access since this would be part of hte September orders and something about he couldn't place September orders yet. So I ended up going without the comfort access since the $500 option + 1.5% ended up making it > $1k option. Maybe it differrs dealer by dealer though.

your dealer is full of it. I ordered my car WITH comfort access without 1.5% increase! Go check with him/her again.

Hmmm how do you come up with it being a $1000 option.
It goes to $507.50 if you're paying retail and like $462 on invoice.

Oh well enjoy the car.

Well, my dealer wasn't able to lock in my prices. So if I wanted the comfort access I would have had to pay the extra 1.5% (~600) then the $450 for the option. If I didn't want comfort access, he could lock me in without the 1.5% price increase.

that's BS.

My dealer locked in the price WITH my car order in the system already!! Find another dealer. He just wants you to buy the car TODAY.

OK I got it, but I think e90fanatic is right. Maybe you should check with another dealer just in case; although, it's probably too late now since it's already passed the 20th, but never know.

Ok you know what? I was at my dealership today getting an alignment issued fixed, and my salesman showed me a paper of the price increases. So cars in production after july 20th *coming in around sep* will be about $900-1200 more.
Sorry didnt believe ya!
