July 8 Production Complete
Just wondering if anyone whose e90 completed production on July 8 is on boat to Charleston yet. It appears that I'm still "at the port awaiting a shipping vessel."

I did this just a few minutes ago, and there's still no tracking information. From July 8 to today seems like a long time to be waiting for a boat. Wondering if other people are experiencing similar delays at the port?

My car completed production on June 6th, the ship departed Bremerhaven on June 18th, arriving NY/NJ July 1st. I expect to pick up the car this week or next.

Finished July7th on the Boat that is suppose to hit Port Elizabeth on July 27th then that boat will hit Charleston on August 3rd. You can go to http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do and click on Bill of Lading Number and enter DE338191 then hit enter and see if your VIN is in that group.

Mine finished production on July 4 and hitched a boat on July 9 to Charleston. Supposed to arrive July 25 but NOT on a W&W boat. Go to google and search port of charleston and then go to the site and hit online tools. Then hit vessel schedule and you'll see all the boats arriving with "veh" or "vehicles" as the cargo. Mine's on the Ingolstadt/Wilmington Shipping Co. Yours could be on that boat or another non-W&W boat. Worth a try. Also, try calling the dealer. They know exactly when your car hitched a ride (or didn't).

Mine finished on 7/13 and the 800# status has been on "awaiting vessel". So I called my dealer today and they told me the car has been shipped on 7/19 and I should be able to take delivery no later then 8/30 (I'm on the West Coast). They also mentioned that once the 800# reaches "awaiting vessel" state, you'll have to call them (dealer) for more details/updates. I suggest you give your dealer a call to ask for these additional information. Good Luck.
