Pressing the "talking" button on the steering wheel kills my radio, unable to exit

Whenever I'md riving and I accidently click on the talking face button (left side of steering wheel), it'll bring up the phone menu and i wont' be able to exit from it until i turn the car off and back on. even though there is a button that says "QUIT" on the center console screen, it won't register. i pushed every single button on the steering wheel and on the car, nothing can exit from it.

is something messed up on my car?

pressing the same button again should exit you f/ that menu. if not you are on your way back to the dealer for a software update/reflash.
