Question about having your car serviced.

My car is out being serviced for 2-3 weeks and my SA buddy tells me that I can request that the dealer pay my car for this month while its in service. Anyone experience such a thing? jw because I'm about to pay it off for this month. thanks

What are they doing to your car? What kind of service takes 2-3 weeks? Waiting for a HPFP?

As in pay your monthly payment? I dont think so. Give it a shot but you better get them to send you the receipt.

It never hurts to ask. Call BMWNA though - the dealer isn't going to pay.

Why do you write above the quote? It's like having a conversation in reverse (you see the answer first, then the question).

I have heard of BMW making a lease payment when the car was in service for an extended period of time, but with the lease you are paying for the use, so it makes sense as they are not letting you use the car for the month you paid, but with payments, they are not really screwing you out of a payment like a lease - it might be costing you some money, but if they are providing a loaner, then your really not out anything.
