Car noise "woo woo woo"

I got my car back from the service center on Wednesday. After driving it around i notice 3 things:

1) You can hear the engine from inside the car. Not the exhaust, the engine itself. When driving, it's like you can hear wind coming inside of the cabin from the engine.

2) Sometimes I feel hot air being blown at me from just below the steering wheel column, which I'm assuming goes with number 1. I noticed this when I had my window open and AC blowing cool air, and was wondering why I was still feeling hot.

3) Engine is making a low pitch "woo woo woo" noise. I can hear it when both accelerating and letting off the gas.

My car was serviced bc it was in an accident 3 months ago where the fiberoptic cable had to replaced. They took apart interior of the car to re-install it, and I'm thinking maybe they forgot to plug something between the engine and the cabin, that's why I'm hearing the engine and feeling the hot air. But the "woo woo woo" noise, I have no clue what that is?

I bet who ever worked on it, didn't get the steering column boot on the firewall on all of the way. When this happens you can hear the engine more and heat will get into the passenger compartment.
