They share the same engine so I assume you know all the + and -'s about engine tuning/mods. 335 weighs less than the 535 but I think you already knew that. Are you looking for info on cosmetic mods? Best place to go for that is the Photogallery and Cosmetic Mods section of the forums - great place to start. |

Im not looking to tune much yet. All I will look to do soon is a light tune ups such as a chip or exhaust. I was also wondering if the M sport package changes anything in terms of exhaust. Will it have a different noise? Besides that im just going to take it slow with any mods mostly because of money. I downgraded because of money issues but I would be getting same if not better performance than the 535i but paying less which was a necessity, so I can't complain. The only thing is lose is space and comfort but space isn't even an issue for me. That is why I will be interested in any tips or mods that would come cheap for now. Any help would be great. Thanks for your response!

I've only had a 535 loaner to compare to an E90. As usual, E90 will feel smaller and maybe more athletic. 535 was much more comfortable and spacious. If given the two, I'd definitely own the 5er over the 3er. I know many here will disagree, but that would be my preference.

Awesome congrats! I'm going to start off light as well... I just finished debadging the car and the "golf tee mod". Those are free. other then that, next week I plan on ordering the ram air scoops from rpi and the matte black grills.

The smokers package does not exist. It isn't on the ordering guide and it isn't in DCS when the dealer orders the car. It wasn't in the ordering system and I ordered my car with my manager. Please let us know what the option code is for this! Haha..such confusion.

Can you just post how you spec'd the car instead of linking all over the place?
