WHEELS AND TIRES ARE SOLD  Well, it looks like I am going to start selling some of the mods of my 335 to generate cash to fund my dedicated track car...so the Morr alloys gotta go first. I am just testing the waters..but do have to sell these wheels and tires. Here is how it stacks up: The Good: 1) No curb rash. The right rear tire was recently repaired and totally repainted. Shop had to do the paint over after initial delivery was not sufficient. Other tires have had no damage except for maybe one rock chip or a place where a speed wrench hit the wheel and knocked off a piece of paint. 2) Two new Goodyear F1-D3 tires in rear....probably only about 2-3K miles on them The Bad: 1) The front wheels have some excess brake dust that I am currently trying to remove entirely..if it was easy..it would be gone..I have to work pretty hard to get these wheels looking good to an anal-retentive person like myself. 2) Front tires are very long in the tooth..especially the right front since I tracked the car one rain day..and it dried up for one session..and I was still pushing it. So, I would suggest changing front tires within about 3-4K miles....just in the less-expensive front location. I will post close ups when I can clean them up and take better pics. The pic above was from about a month ago..BEFORE I had the right rear totally redone. Anyway, I am open to offers...these wheels get tons of positive comments and they are 19 lbs in front..and 20 lbs in rear..I am selling the wheels and tires..and prefer local buyers..but will consider outside regions if local buyers dont come thru. Please dont offer me a very low ball amount...it will just get me pissed. I really have all the time in the world to sell these..so I will not even consider some outrageously low offer. These are custom wheels...still in very good shape. BTW, I do not know if any of the other three wheels are bent....caveat emptor..but I would definitely notice something when I drive the car..and have hit 130 mph in the car with no wobbling whatsoever. Just an update to everyone...I have several offers at $2200 (pick up) or $2200 plus shipping. I want to be able to clean them up and display adequate photos. To be honest, I should have done that before offering it in a post. My car is currently at the dealership getting service (and the wheels are on the car at the dealer). I will be cleaning them up and letting some local guys look at them this weekend. Preference, like my original post said, will be to local people...I would much rather NOT have the risk associated with shipping non-local.
I will post pics as soon as I get them. Thanks again for the interest.
