Right now for me its looking like this:

1. Merc S-class facelift with AMG package
2. BMW 7 series
3. Audi A8 (Great car but looking old, needs replaced)

I think Jaguar could stand in first place if they pull this design off properly!

Its a teaser lol. You can see it has a huge grille, unique C-pillar and tail lights.

oh God i cant wait. my brother is thinking about getting the new XKR. gotta love that 510hp. but then again, jaguar always seems to overrated their numbers. our 400hp XJR seemed like a pig but at the same time you gotta remember the weight!

this better not suck. the XF is way too bland, and it should've looked more like the C-XF.

Its great how everyone is copying Lexus' cues nowadays. They were only laughing at their entry 20yrs ago.

I still don't think anyone's copying Lexus. Lexus just has an extremely generic design scheme that's been formed through copying others over the years, and now that the economy sucks, designs have been more conservative, like Lexus.

For instance, I hate when people compare the F01 and the LS. They stole the LED bars. They stole the Hoff kink. They stole the bangle butt. No shit they'll look somewhat similar. That's just my random rant.

Haha....Lexus hater....!

I have seen the 7 series on the road and damn it looks gorgeous...specially with 335i 19 inch rims(Maybe a sports package is being offered ).....I would go for the smaller engine(Optional in this part of the world....we get a 740i too)

Even if it only looks similar to the XF that will be a huge step forward from the old XJ. And after driving both the XF3.0dS and XFR I am of the opinion that this new XJ will go right to the top of the class in both looks, driving pleasure and comfort.

Jaguar has come a long way with in the last three years, both in design and engines and now that the new XJ is nearly here all that needs to be address is the X-type.

Go Britain!
I want a car that will put the 3 Series in its place next. Just know they are capable enough.
