My Baby got Rear-Ended
All cuz Paddling of Ducks were crossing at the hwy at the busy hour(8:20am)...
I slammed the brakes upon seeing them crossing the "white line". So did the guy behind me, but he cudnt control his car... and BOOM His insurance company will cover all the damages. Few questions for u guys though... 1) What about hiddden-damages(damages that showup later)? 2) Who will cover Accidental Depreciation? A Auto Repair shop quoted around a grand. |

1) I don't think you need to worry about hidden damages. It looks like he just hit the side of your bumper and that would need to get replaced. Unless upon pulling off the bumper they notice the frame is dmged in that area, then you might need to worry. But from your pics, it doesn't look bad.
2) You cover accidental depreciation. I don't believe insurance companies pay you extra to cover the cost of what your car could've been worth. They just cover the repairs to make the car look as good as new.
