First let me say that I am a dog lover. I have had dogs my entire life, starting with a yellow lab that my parents got one month before I was born - we literally grew up together, and I thought of him as being my brother.

That being said...

I CAN'T STAND CORGIS!!!!

My fiance has two, and for the first time in my life I can honestly say that I think evil thoughts about a dog.

Sorry...

I had to get that off my chest (I got another bite yesterday when I was trying to get them to come into the house).

(the reason for this post is that one of the above pictures has a Corgi in it.)

Why? I was going to get a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, but ended up with two Shih Tzus. The Shih Tzus are so hilarious though.

These are literally the only two dogs I have ever met that don't LOVE me.

My cousin also has one and it has bitten him in the face THREE TIMES when he was sleeping.

My across the street neighbor has one and it is also a nasty little $hite.

They bark incessantly, shed like crazy, and have back problems. Needless to say they are causing some tension in my relationship (more info than you needed I'm sure).

I personally can't stand the breed, and would never buy any herding dog.

dude, your apartment remind me of the old days when I just got out of college. I rented a studio $279/mnth and it looks as big as what in your photo. Bed room and living room and eating area was one big room, a small kitchen and a small badroom. Your room is def furnish much better then mine.

Oh...in that case, maybe we made the right choice. The Shih-Tzus barely shed at all, seem to be in good health, but they still bark. Overall, pretty friendly dogs, really wary of strangers though.
