Absolutely.

I'm going to put 50 rounds through it tomorrow lunchtime at the range near my work.

Funnily enough, the gunstore where I purchased it had a billboard sign sign: 'Zombie Invasion Supplies Sold Here'.

Does that one have a stock? I'm still skeptical about the recoil on that thing if all your doing is holding the pistol grip and the pump....but let me know what the kick is like on the wrists.

Yes, this one also has a regular synthetic stock. Here's a pic with the stock:

I'll let you know how it goes. The recoil obviously depends on the load. I'll probably run some 00 buck through it in a 2-3/4 shell.

Here:

FYI, regular shotgun loads can be very effective at up to 50 yards. Shooting slugs with a rifled barrel can increase a shotguns effective range up to about 150 yards.

Not nearly as consistent/accurate as a rifle or even a handgun in the hands of a competent shooter, but they have a greater effective range than most think.

Funny, I got a moss 500pump about 25 years ago. Does not look like they have changed much - Has not seen much use thank goodness.

I forget what it cost - I think it was about 220$

That come with the short barrel too? Might look a bit wierd with the 8 shot though. I keep my moss like that with the short barrel and .357 mag loads on the side for home defense. I got it about 20 ago too.

speaking of short barrel, OP, what is the over all length of your new toy (if you don't mind).

Nice new toy and do report back after playing at the range.

i have. i'd only play at a gaming center... i wouldn't buy the game. not enough weapons, not enough variety.

Carrying a 10, 20 or 32 round clip, firing a devastating 300 rounds per minute and having almost no muzzle climb or recoil, the AA-12 is the ultimate weapon for a zombie invasion.
