Seems a bit funky to me...
"Recently I saw a physician for a personal health issue. He gave me a medication, not a steroid, which he thought was OK to give me," Ramirez said in a statement issued by the players' union. "Unfortunately, the medication was banned under our drug policy. Under the policy that mistake is now my responsibility. I have been advised not to say anything more for now. I do want to say one other thing; I've taken and passed about 15 drug tests over the past five seasons." While I think Manny is a D-bag - I don't understand why he would take steroids considering the massive effort to stop it plus the endless testing the players go through. Is he really that stupid to take steroids knowing that he will get tested very soon... again and again? ________ BMW E34 history ________ Weed Vaporizers Last edited by stimpy; 02-18-2011 at 06:14 AM.. |

They're all on steroids. This is not news.
Anyone who's competetive at least.

That is correct, but pretty much the only reason a healthy male athlete would use Hcg was to counter act the effects of anabolic steroids on the body. Hcg signals the testicles to turn back on basically and function after an artificial hormone has shut down natural test production.

I love how this snowball's without people understanding. He didn't test positive for a steriod, he passed many tests over the years. He failed a test in Spring Training, one everyone knows they are going to have to take.
It is clear he didn't test positive for a steriod, yet everyone jumps to that conclusion. Typical over-reactive behavior by a blind society. |
