i was very into astronomy back in the 7th grade. The sun is 1.3 million times bigger than the earth. Jupiter is 1000x larger than earth. Pluto is like the moon, it's not supposed to be considered a planet. That's all I remember.

i watch the science channel quite often and they have some really interesting programs on this topic. i've known about this size ratio for a long time (since college physics) but it never ceases to amaze me.

and i think everything thats outside the planet is amazing. there's just so many things out there.
