Has anybody actually dyno'd their car b4 ecu upgrade and after.

I've spent a lot of energy trying to get real feedback on the reprogramming upgrade. There is so much shady marketing that you can't believe everything you get promised. If there are any posts that you've seen about this, could you let me know. The last quote I got was from Car Tunz in Pleasanton for $700..Is it worth it??
