How bad was/is your acne?

I went to an old friend's house yesterday and I saw some pictures from back in high school of his family with me in a few of them. Holy shit I had bad acne! I thought at first there was a Domino's Pizza coupon where my head should be, but I soon realized that it was, in fact, my zit infested face. It was because of the Adderall XR 30mg I started taking daily for my "ADD". The doctor asked me 2 very vague questions then gave me a prescription. If every person in the world went to her, they would all have ADD. Anyway, it's better now but there's a few battle scars from back then.

never had bad acne, but every time i mess with a pimple it gets scarred really bad.

Showering is overrated

But I never had a problem until I started taking Adderall. In my experience, anything brought about by a prescription is much worse than if it nomally occured

i had some acne during high school and clearasel worked for me. However during my last year in college, I started to break out weekly and there were times that it would get bad for a quarter my senior year. It got so bad that I would skip class b/c of it. My clearasel didnt work and neither did anything else at your local drugstore ie.. noxema, neutrgoena, etc.. I tried everything and nothing worked. Then I ordered the Murad kit and that didnt work as well. Finally I got proactiv and that's worked for me past 7 years. I'm sure there's other stuff out there that will work and may cost less but I'm too lazy to try out other stuff b/c I know that different products work for different people.

I had really bad acne when I was in high school. I remember one summer when I was a Junior, I went camping with my cousins and the weather was 110+. I got sun-burned really bad. When the sunburn healed my acne went away. It was nuts! Though I occasionally get a zit here and there nothing like it was before...

i had pretty moderate acne throughout high school, i tried everything and it would all work for a lil then stop after a month, then i went on accutane and for the 6 month period and never had a single problem, im 24 now and the only time i break out now (which is rarely) is when i shave

i know there is a lot of bad publicity about accutane but it helped me a lot and is one of the best decisions i ever made

Sidenote: There was a kid in my high school who was on a proactive commercial, but his face was NEVER clear. Makes you wonder how much photochoppin' they do to all of them

i am in high school, a junior and don't have that many problems with acne, i get occasionally few bumps here and there but thats it, even a spot that looked like i got punched in the face went away in less then 4-5 days. few zits but nothing big, mostly 95% clear face.
