Item Interest

Due to changes in personal life I need to upgrade to something bigger. I am looking for someone to take over lease for my 2009 BMW 335I 4dr.
Car is located in Raleigh, NC and it is in a perfect like new condition. This is the new redesigned LCI model.

Miles: 6,800
Lease is for 10k/yr. Lease started in Oct. 2008 and will mature in Oct. 2011.

Options:
6-speed manual
Space Gray Metallic
Black Dakota Leather
Dark Burl Walnut wood trim
Premium Package
Sport Package
Comfort Access system

Monthly payment is $531.73 (includes NC taxes, $517 before the tax). To lower the payment even lower I had put a $4400 security deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the lease to the person who will take over the lease. I will be asking the person who takes over the lease to give me the $4400 which you will get back from BMW at the end of the lease.

All other expenses I had to get the payment that low I consider a sunk cost and your benefit. If you are interested in buying the vehicle, the pay off is $40k.

Extras:
Because you have to return lease with RFTs which do not last a long time and extremely expensive, I have replaced them with very nice premium Yokohama ADVAN S4 set from Discount Tire. I have bought road side hazard for them as well in case any problems happen. You will also get the set of run flat tires the car came with so you can put them back before the lease return or sell them if you decide to keep the car.

I have also installed Valentine1 which you can see by the mirror which is wired to the fuse box and to remote display with mute button which you can see by the gear shift. If you want it with the car, I would ask for additional $450.

End of lease pay-off is $29,468. Monthly payment before taxes is $516.24
