Rear bumper damage.... options for replacing?

Someone reversed into my rear bumper last night in a car park. They bent the plastic and scratched off paint. It looks like damage from a trailer hitch. I was very unhappy about it; people in Ireland are fairly careless drivers and there isn't much of a car culture so they don't care about damaging other people's property.

The bumper will definitely need to be replaced. I am hoping some of you can help with a few questions

- should I ask for the bumper just primed and have the body-shop paint it or order one that is pre-painted from the factory?
- Any idea how much this would cost as a part?
- How many hours of labour would be involved typlically?
- should I consider putting on a M-sport bumper or would this look odd without have the M-sport kit.

Thanks...

Definitely M-tec rear. It will look great even without the sides and front.

That is a real shame that they hit you, but take this situation as an opportunity to improve the look of your car.

Should I order a bumper painted from the factory?
If I order once primed, would the body shop paint job match the factory paint?
Would I save money doing it a particular way?

sometimes in the shipment the paint get brushed or damaged...get it painted locally...and all they need is the color code and they should be able to match perfectly...

Any idea how much extra the M-tech bumper would cost me over the standard one?

Looks like I need a few more parts as well from looking at realoem (they don't have prices for these M-trim parts)
