Due to unforeseen economic circumstances (read: termination possible), I need to regrettably get rid of my 2007 335i. Details are below:

Color: Montego Blue Metalic
Trans: 6MT
Mileage: 24,5XX (36,000 allowed under lease)
Interior: Black Dakota Leather

Options: Premium Package, Sport Package, BMW Assist, Comfort Access, Grey Poplar Wood Trim, Aftermarket H&R Springs, OEM Front Lip and Rear Spoiler painted Montego Blue (currently off car), blacked out kidney grills, passenger and rear windows tinted.

Tires: OEM Bridgestone Runflats - passenger side of car hit pothole and bent two rims in February 2009. Both passenger wheels and all four tires were replaced. Approximately 2,000 miles on new tires.

Exterior Condition: Everything is in very good to excellent condition. The paint is not perfect as there are some rock chips on the front area of the car. No dents, dings, rust, etc. The car was garaged its entire existence. No curb rash on wheels.

Interior Condition: Leather is in good condition. No rips, stains or scratches.

Lease Information - only 11 payments remaining of $597.06 (inlcuding NJ Tax which is 7%). Lease is due to be returned 6/10/2010. Current buyout is $35,206. Lease end buyout is approximately $28,750.

Incentive: I will offer $1,200 toward payment of lease or shipping costs. This brings the effective payment to $487.XX. The payment of the transfer fee is negotiable with a motivated buyer. Additionally, the car is paid through July 9, 2009.

I actually assumed this lease from someone on this site and have been happy with the car. The car has not had its HPFP replaced to date and has never been in limp mode. Software updates have been made by the dealer. Pictures attached were taken by the previous owner.
