323i Fog lights
I am new here.
Just got my 323i but in Canada, all 323i don't come with fog lights. Can I buy these item and install? If so, what part # do I need? Is it hard to install DIY? Thanks |

check out the foglight diy and multiple threads on teh topic in the diy/maint section. I dont know of the 323 comes with the same switch as the 325/330 US models. Good luck.

I also have a Canadian 323i with no fogs. You can order them through the dealer. The accessories brochure that I got when I took delivery had them listed as a dealer accessory.

If I were you, I'd get the OEM fog light housing and a set of bulbs. Then buy a fog light wiring harness (comes with a relay) for like $10. Then all you need is to implement a small switch somehwere in cabin to turn it on and off.
Making it so that the factory fog switch works (with fog light indicator in dash to work).... would be more complex and expensive. |
