E92 328coupe spotted

I was driving N. 405 as i was passing the 605 i saw a black 328 semi covered tailights and i think sides as well but hard to tell at night cuz it was black.. I know it wasnt 335 because it didnt have a dual exhaust. The guy was driving in the fast lane doing 80 and there was some kind of small gps looking screen near the front window on the dash..

Are they still testing these cars?

Just wanted to let you guys know incase anybody else might of seen it.

I know but we all know what the car looks like, i was just wondering why it was still taped up lights on the back and why still being tested..
