Whistling noise from 330i

I just bought a 2006 330i over the weekend and didnt notice it sometimes makes a whistling noise when i and around 15 mph and give it gas. Anyone know what could be the cause of this and any tips on how to fix it???

Garage List
Could be a leak from your intake? Some aftermarket intake tend to do so.

Believe it or not, it may be your side view mirrors. I had the same issue and thought it was an engine issue. The whistling would get louder as the car went faster leading me to believe it was the engine. In fact it was the side view mirror and the little cracks where it folds had some sort broken piece causing the whistling as wind ran across it.

You can try covering up those joints and then take it for a drive to see if that could be the issue.

Hope that helps.
