Hi all -

One of my buddies is looking to order a new E92 328xi. One of the dealers he is dealing with is Life Quality in BK, N.Y. Does anybody have any experience with the dealship? If so, would you be kind enough to share your experiences (both good and bad)? Thanks in advance

I've never dealt with them but out of the remaining dealers in the NYC area, BMW Manhattan, Raylle, Pace, and Bayside, Hassel beat all of their prices. I recommend Hassel's internet service department.

Also, go to maps.google.com and type in life quality bmw to read some of the reviews.

horrible...their Service and their service area in Sunset is a F!!!!!!!
I went there recently asking for a new car and they wouldnt let me pick the options on a car..cuz the factory is closed etc...i called Hassel and they are still making deliveries....I will be visiting Hassel tom. morning to get the paper work done...

yea life quality is one of the worst dealerships i've been too. sucks becasue i live right near them. i went and got my 09 335i at hassel, no problems.
