I'm speechless at the arrogance here.

Dumbass sues college because she can't find a job. She's got a 2.7 GPA and has only been looking 3 months. So what, she expected a bidding war for her talents? Good luck finding a job now.

Ha ha, that's funny. Less than a B average from Monroe College and she can't figure out why people aren't throwing money at her in this economy. On the other hand she seemed to have learned just enough to sue them.

Nothing a prospective employer likes better than a prospective employee with their litigator on speed dial.

Especially if that buck requires little actual work on their part. Sure, she could start a local business, work very hard and make it successful. But instead she is hiring someone, likely on contingency, to get her money. Oh wait, maybe this is her way to try and force her college to give her starter money on that local business.

things like this infuriate me. You had good attendance and you expect a job. Showing up is something you are supposed to do. You don't get rewarded for doing the bare minimum. Ignorant.

No shit the kids with 4.0s get preferential treatment. Maybe if she worked harder and gotten better grades or had gone to a better school altogether she would have a damn job.

hahah...that is a funny story. Unfortunately I think people today have to much of a sense of entitlement as evident by the story brought to our attention in this thread. I spent 160K on my undergrad education (paying off my loans as we speak) had a 3.6 GPA from a great school, and I'm not making anywhere near what I "feel" I should be making (Salary wise).
But I would never sue my school over it......I consider myself lucky to have a job in this environment, it pays my bills, I can invest a little here and there, and I know that through continued perserverance and hardwork; I'll get to where I want to be in life. No need to sue my college for an easy way to the almighty buck.

This girl needs a little lesson in work ethic, not knocking her GPA...its not that bad in the grand scheme of things...what is that a C+.....she can find a job...it may not be the one she wants...but you suck it up and take the job!!!!!...especially in a labor market crisis like the one we face now.

This girl = FAIL

If this woman has a lawyer then that lawyer should be disbarred. These idiotic lawsuits cost us all money. They need to stop. There clearly was no contract here and there is clearly no damage. This lawsuit has no merit whatsoever. No sane person would argue that it does.

These lawsuits cost you no money, sir. These corporations being sued have insurance companies that defend them and payout if they lose. Don't tell me that companies raise prices after being sued. These companies aren't raising prices because of lawsuits; prices may have been raised because of inflation.

yea, she's a dumbass.

She's probably been given everything and never had to actually wait for anything. She expects....POOF! Here's your job. And obviously she failed her economics class and the effect on jobs.

What this girl is missing is straight up common sense. She just a ratard.

The behavior (and trend) of people not taking accoutability and responsibility for their own actions and instead, blaming others for their shortcomings.
